location good, some issues apparent
cracked bathtub poor maintenance
the hotel's location near the train station was convenient.
check-in was a real problem, i waited an hour for my suite. the bathtub was cracked and the silicone was old and peeling away. for a supposed four-star hotel, the room felt poorly maintained.

ideal location convenient access ample space coffee machine
the location was ideal , near the arena and shopping. i found convenient access to public transportation. the room offered ample space . i used the available coffee machine daily.
the elevator system was a bit unusual , requiring floor selection before entering , which occasionally caused delays.

The room was spacious and clean with great facilities. The staff was polite and attentive. Housekeeping was good and rooms were very clean. The location near the train station was convenient.
The breakfast lacked variety so eating elsewhere might be a good idea.

I found the hotel's location quite convenient. It was a short walk from the metro. The room included a coffee machine plus tea, a nice touch! Breakfast provided many options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The bed was very comfortable, allowing restful sleep.
The elevators were occasionally slow, resulting in slight delays during peak hours, but this did not ruin my stay.
